Sawing work up to a diameter of ø400mm
With our machines, we cut pieces of up to ø400 mm in diameter. For this purpose, we have a modern double column band saw: a Mega H360S sawing machine including an automatic feed-through saw. This machine has automatic feed, zero-point sawing and hydraulic clamps. As a result, this sawing machine can cut material to size very accurately.
To speed up the lead time of the production process for our customers, we stock several materials, including RVS316, 42CrMo4, S355 and POM. If you would like to have other materials processed on our sawing machine, this is of course also possible. Fully certified sawing
Our sawing activities take place in our extensive machine park. Here we manufacture high-quality products, including fine mechanical machine parts and tools. The current quality and safety standards regarding our production process are very high. To guarantee the quality of our sawing work, our machinery therefore has a DNV-GL-certified quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Stamped certificate
HWI Machining is authorised to stamp through materials with a 3.1 test report or 3.2 test certificate according to DIN EN 10204. This leads to an increased guarantee about the quality of the material. Our through-stamping authorisation has been issued by DNV GL. View certificate
