Quality to be proud of
At HWI Machining, quality is paramount. Quality of the production process, but also of the materials used. This is because the products we produce are regularly used in industries where quality and safety standards are extremely high. We therefore always start our production process with the greatest accuracy, advise our customers on the chosen techniques and guarantee a delivery check on every first product in a series. To this end, we are fully ISO-9001:2015 certified and authorised to stamp through. Do you have any questions about our working methods or how we guarantee the required quality? Quality control
Our company has a dedicated Quality Department. Here, skilled quality controllers work all day to measure and check the quality of our productions. Before delivery to the customer, all products are checked for quality in our measuring room. This is done using innovative measuring equipment.
Products are also checked with our computer-controlled 3D FARO measuring arm. This laser scanner can quickly and effectively inspect complex parts and surfaces. So before we deliver your products, they have always been checked very carefully, assuring you of the highest quality.
CADCAM-programmed
For programming our machines, we use a powerful CADCAM system: Esprit. This is the world's most advanced solution for the production of high-quality parts and demanding material processing.
At HWI Machining, we can do this CADCAM-system on all our machines. This allows us to determine in advance which movements are needed to produce a product, and which techniques we use to do so. This way, we avoid errors and improve our production times. CADCAM This makes it the best solution for producing complex, high-quality parts.
Certificates
ISO 9001:2015
To guarantee the quality of our custom-made products, our machinery therefore has a DNV-GL certified quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The certificate has been issued for DNV GL.
Stamped certificate
HWI Machining is authorised to stamp through materials with a 3.1 test report or 3.2 test certificate according to DIN EN 10204. This leads to an increased guarantee about the quality of the material. Our through-stamping authorisation has been issued by DNV GL.
