Accurately perform desired operations with CADCAM software
On our computer-controlled CNC milling machines, we can also perform the desired operations very precisely. This is especially desirable for complex operations or products that require multiple operations. For this purpose, we use CADCAM-software from Esprit: a smart system that streamlines the production process and improves it where necessary.
Produce to specification
Our specialists are trained to produce fully to specification with these, allowing us to guarantee the quality requirements set. Our machine list shows all available machines and tells you at a glance which milling options are available. HWI Machining you offer.
Fully certified milling to guarantee quality
Our milling work takes place in our extensive, innovative machine park. Here we manufacture high-quality products, including fine mechanical machine parts and tools. The current quality and safety standards regarding our production process are very high. To ensure the quality of our milling work, our machinery therefore has a DNV-GL-certified quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Stamped certificate
HWI Machining is authorised to stamp through materials with a 3.1 test report or 3.2 test certificate according to DIN EN 10204. This leads to an increased guarantee about the quality of the material. Our through-stamping authorisation has been issued by DNV GL. View certificate
