Our people

At HWI Machining we have a team of around 50 people. Professionals such as CNC turners and millers, quality controllers and coordinators. We like to work together on an equal level and have a lot of contact with each other. With our colleagues, but also with partners and clients.

Experience of our colleagues

“At HWI, I was soon allowed to work with machines that cost a few tonnes. Which I wasn't even allowed to start up at school. It's a young company, where you can learn a lot as a trainee. And now I have been employed for eight years. First as a machine operator, now as a planner and buyer.”
- Mark Mugge
