Because we manage all parts of the production process, we can advise on which machines are applicable, supply the right materials and see how to start the production process in the most cost-effective way.

Our work mostly takes place in our extensive machine park. Here we manufacture high-quality products, including fine mechanical machine parts and tools. The current quality and safety standards regarding our production process are very high. To guarantee the quality of our custom-made work, our machinery therefore has a DNV-GL-certified quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Recent work
In cooperation with Vlasman B.V., we produced an innovative pile cracker.
This machine crushes the concrete of a pile, leaving only the reinforcement. We advised Vlasman B.V. on the right production technique and jointly designed the various pile crushers. This eventually led to the production of two variants: one machine for piles up to 350 mm and one for piles up to 500 mm.

Stamped certificate
HWI Machining is authorised to stamp through materials with a 3.1 test report or 3.2 test certificate according to DIN EN 10204. This leads to an increased guarantee about the quality of the material. Our through-stamping authorisation has been issued by DNV GL. View certificate
